- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Knowledge of basic HTML Coding.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the ticketing system and resolve the tickets within the standard SLAs.
- Doing impact analysis of change requests before implementation and unit testing post implementation.
- Maintain excellent data accuracy on daily tasks.
- Communicate timelines and status of tickets / changes requests with various internal teams.
- Highlight process improvement opportunities within the scope of the task assigned to the candifate.
